Bank Reconciliation

Before loading bank statements ensure that the Bank Codes and Bank Accounts have been setup properly in the Setup folder of Bank Reconciliation.

Import types have been provided for Westpac; ANZ and NAB. If a different bank format is required, obtain the necessary details from the banking institution.

Entry Instructions Load WBC Bank Statement Form

• Ensure the Bank Statement has been loaded to the bacchus/viswin directory.
• Select Find to retrive the loaded Statement File Name (.ai extension).
  Bank Statements should generally be loaded to the Bacchus or Viswin directory (located in the C-directory).

Completion Instructions Load WBC Bank Statement Form

• Select Load or <Enter> to load the selected WBC Bank Statement.
  The statement will reside in the Do Reconciliation table.
• Select Cancel to reset and escape the Load WBC Bank Statement form.
