Creditor Inquiry

Creditor Inquiry is an accounting inquiry screen. It shows details of amounts, invoices, payments, credits, etc., on transactions and summaries of open balances by accounting periods (ie. 30 days, 60 days, etc). There is also a separate view and search facility for Payments; and invoices currently in the process of Invoice Approval.

Creditor Inquiry provides additional convenient methods for updating Creditors details such as addresses, phones, contacts, and even notes. These can be added to the Creditor Inquiry Book providing a detailed history of events or communications with the Creditor. This is a great way to manage the entire Creditor record from the one location.

These details can also be updated and maintained in the Creditor Book.

Note:- There is an additional filter feature that changes the sort order of the Creditor records. Click on the View text located above the Aging Date (top left) to change the view in which the records are sorted.
