Creditor

The Creditor View table lists all Creditors in the Creditor file. The table gives a summary of each Creditor such as the payment terms, department and type of account (eg. subcontractor etc). Creditor View provides a quick and easy method to search for a Creditors details.

Entry Instructions Creditor View Table

• Key in the creditor Name in the box above Name.
• Press Alt-F or to Find the summary details for the creditor.
• To see all details of the Creditor entry:-
  • Highlight the relevant Creditor.
  • Dbl-Clk to see a view of the Creditor.
  • Press Exit to escape the view of the Creditor.
