Generate Financial Statements is a user-defined report on the GL activity for
a specified account code and date range.

Entry Instructions Generate Financial Statement Form
- Select the Period from the default
pick list <tab> (right mouse click to Find and Maintain a record).
- The Year Ending
wil default to the end of the current financial year <tab>.
- Select the Report Format from the default pick list <tab> (right
mouse click to Find and Maintain a record).
- Select the Select All button to highlight all the Specifications
appearing in the list or use Ctrl+Click to select individual records
(Deselect All to reverse any records selected).
Completion Instructions Generate Financial Statement Form
- Select OK or <Enter> to Generate Financial Statements for the
selected records.
- Select Cancel to reset and escape the Generate Financial Statements
form to original settings.
