The Generate Recurring Journal enables the entry of recurring journals for automatic generation. After Recurring Journals have been entered they can be generated here by specifying a journal date. After generation, these journals can be amended as a normal journal transaction. ie. Once the generate process is completed, the journals reside in the normal Journal transaction table and transactions can be amended or deleted.

Entry Instructions Generate Recurring Journals Form

• Amend the Journal Date if necessary <tab>.
  The Journal Date will default to the current date.
• Select the Select All button to highlight all the Recurring Journals appearing in the list or use Ctrl+Click to select individual records (Deselect All to reverse any records selected).

Completion Instructions Generate Recurring Journals Form

• Select OK or <Enter> to Generate the Recurring Journals form.
• Select Cancel to reset and escape the Generate Recurring Journals form.
