General Ledger Reports

The General Ledger (GL) Reports Folder contains the generic reports belonging to the General Ledger. There are some reports setup with the system, such as the Journal History reports and Code Listings ie. Chart of accounts. The data generated for certain histroy reports is based on the input of certain parameters such as the Start and End Dates. These parameters ensure the collation of relevant data.

The user can also custom design Financial Statements. The type of data, appearance and volume can be manipulated. The user can create anyghting from standard generic reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements or even design a financial statement by sales area etc.

After generating a Report the Print Preview screen allows for printing or exporting of the report to another application, such as a spreadsheet or word processing application.
